I'm going to start a food diary while I'm off work and focus on losing that weight! I am trying the EE plan and this is my first week so I'll be learning as I go along. I went out with my sister for lunch and cinema and am quite pleased with myself
Breakfast
28g fruit n fibre and soya milk (A/B)
Lunch at Bella Italia
Char Grilled Chicken Breast salad with sauce on the side but didn't eat.
Diet coke
Nothing at all in the cinema
Dinner
Home made quorn chilli and rice
LF Yogurt and fruit
Ok ok I had a chip off my sisters plate :sigh: Count 1 syn?
Am I ok to save my syns for the weekend???
