mine are to stick to SW and have a much better year at it than this year has and also to be more organised when it comes to birthdays and xmas just felt horrible this year not having stuff bought til the last minute.

1. To look for a new career & in the meantime try to at least tolerate the dragon at work (assistant manager)

2. keep up with following Slimming World
3. Use my new exercise bike daily
4. Save up some money for home improvements

1. start excersising by June ( too heavy at the moment, it hurts.. ), even if it's only a long walk every day..
2. stick to plan as much as possible...
3. allow myself the ocasional day off plan and not feel guilty about it..
4. start socialising more..
5. get a girlfriend ( which will be facilitated by number 4.. :) )

2) Stick to it 100% as much as possible
3) Start some form of exercise and stick to it!

- to support my dad through his cancer treatment
- to try and be more understanding of my mums way of coping with my dads situation
- to encourage my boyfriend to achieve whatever he wants to achieve
- to support my boyfriend give up smoking

- to exercise
- to finally clear out the spare room (which has needed doing for 3 years)

1: Quit smoking ( I am currently on day 13 of this! Not finding it too hard at the moment!)

1. Be more organised
2. Get into a proper daily routine with the kids, try & take my son to a mother/toddler group at least once a week.
3. Go to church more (I want my 2 little ones christened & also for them to go to the little school attached to the church - selfish i know but want the best education for them)
4. Stick to SW 100% & not just talk about how to do it, how I can lose weight put my words into action.
5. Do driving lessons & pass my test by June hopefully
6. Exercise more, I've been so lazy - I've started today by going for an hour long walk, now I just need to keep this up.
7. To drink at least 2 litres of water (or squash) a day or at least build up to it - lucky if I drink a pint a day now!

Think that's it for now...
