Resolutions

So heres an idea.. each week we pick a couple of things that we want to do better/ not do etc etc and then we can check in as the week goes by and see how we are doing.

Heres mine for this week..
- Limit to 1 can of pepsi a day
- Limit to 1 polyol type treat a day
- Drink more water
- Try and have more veg (mostly on salad at the mo)

Try getting a cheapy pedometer and seeing how much you can clock up round the house. I did this when little man was very little. Its suprising how many extra trips up the stairs you can make to put things away if you are trying to get to a certain number of steps.
I did one find myself just walking up and down the living room.. at that point I realised I needed to get out of the house! pmsl!! x

Yesterday:
completely off plan.. chinese + chocolate + malibu = whoops

Today:

Hubby decided we were having 'date night' and came home with a chinese, bottle of wine for him, orange and malibu for me, aero bubbles, wispa, and tortillas.

Couldnt say no, bless him.

Am back in the pink tonight though, and did 1047kcal at the gym according to my clever watch so shall brush last nights slip up under the ahem.. carpet.

i think my resolution has to be to read the flipping books on atkins and low carbing i got, i just dont seem to get round to it, instead i nip on here and pick up tips lol, i was going to do it sat night whilst babysquishing, but said baby was a 10yr old boy who insisted we play who wants to be a millionaire all night lol, although after i beat him a few times he lost interest oops, and by then there was a good film on, so that night was gone,

i really need to stop wanting INSTANT gratification and be more patient. the last time i lost allot of weight was on lighter life , this is loosing with eating so of course its slower ...PATIENCE SUSAN !!!!

To lay off the sugar free stuff.
