So heres an idea.. each week we pick a couple of things that we want to do better/ not do etc etc and then we can check in as the week goes by and see how we are doing.
Heres mine for this week..
- Limit to 1 can of pepsi a day
- Limit to 1 polyol type treat a day
- Drink more water
- Try and have more veg (mostly on salad at the mo)
