Restart 08/08/11

I'm back with my tail between my legs after a week off.... bah No idea what I've put on, gonna do TS until my weigh in (friday) without weighing, and hopefully the damage will be minimised..

I woke up this morning feeling like utter garbage... had a bit too much alcohol last night and its woken up my arthritis/inflammed eyes yaaay. Hopefully today will be gentle to me

Glad to be back on the wagon again x
