Restart Again

I only seem to lose 2.5 - 3.5lbs a week now after some bigger earlier losses. It just goes to show how effective the plan has been, that I now think ‘only 3lbs’! That will add up to around a stone every calendar month, which is unbelievable really.

I’m over halfway there now, so only problem for me is that life’s a bit boring after three months of dieting, no drink, not a lot of socialising etc. But it’ll be worth it.

Hang in there yourself. Water and sleep, that’s my tip. I never feel terrific on this thing if I over do it.

Another week gone and a few pounds lost. My 3rd WI is 4.8lbs this week! yay me!!! :worthy:
 
So, another week is gone. My 4th WI +2.6lbs. Yes, I put on. Not a drama, it will go down soon. I enjoyed my Easter and had fun. Was very careful with what and how much I ate. Haven't had anything sweet, no cakes, no sweets, no chocolate, nothing. All what I can think about as a bad choice is 2 bottles of wine and 6 slices of brown bread during Friday - Tuesday. Today I'm back to work and behaving again :)
As a reasonable food, I had broccoli, cauliflower, tuna, lean ham. A bit boring as for Easter time but it tasted amazing :]
I'll try to kick the pounds off and maybe a few more asap.
Let's hope for better results for my next WI.
How is everyone else doing? Was it hard to stick to the plan during Easter?
 
I'm very happy to report my 5th WI and -8.2lbs is gone!!! :cool: :banana_dancer:
 
Well done! I'm a newbie to the forums & am really loving reading of you weight loss.
Fingers crossed I can be as strong!
 
Today is my 6th WI and I lost 2lbs. This is not as impressive as last week but I'm very happy. Always better 2 down then 2 up :D
The weather is nice so drinking more water should be a bit easier. I do not drink enough and it's not doing me any good.
Some days are really hard. No idea why. It's just how it is I think.

Another week is gone with 2.2lbs burned off. Very happy me :) So far things are going well. In total I have lost 25lbs, which is great. I'm proud of myself. Obviously would love to get rid of all the extra pounds as soon as possible but this time it all goes slower for some reason. I'm not hungry, I don't crave anything, I don't care about food at all to be honest. It's just...the pounds are falling off slowly. About 7 years ago, when I was doing Exante first time, I was losing 4lbs on average every week. But I'm older now and maybe this is the reason.
Anyway, this was another good week. I hope for 2.8lbs minimum next week so I could hit the 2 stones mark, would be great :)

Hi Tower Maiden :) I've just got back home and wanted to report that this week WI-8 is -3.2lbs. Which means I have hit the 2st down mark :D I'm very happy and proud of myself. Doing well and planning to get rid of next 3 st before August 2018. My holiday starts on 13th Aug so I need to get back in shape :D

The long Bank Holiday weekend is gone and my WI-9 is not as great as I would like it to be. But I enjoyed this weekend and had normal food but very small portions only. Nothing sweet or no alcohol at all. I'm another 0.2lbs down. I know it's a little only but better down then up, right? So, here is to the next week and better results! :)

Congratulations! My weigh in is Sunday but I'm only in week 3 and week 3s are never as good for me as I'd like.

Another week is gone and on my 11thWI I'm happy to report -2.8lbs down. Very pleased with this. Hope everyone is having a good week and great results!!! :character00116::tongue:
 
My 12th WI and -1lbs down. It's a little but going in the right direction. I enjoyed the May Bank Holiday and ate normal food. Back on the diet and going strong. :D Good luck everyone!:cool:
 
I'm still going strong and won't give up till I get the body I want. Not every day/week is easy. My 13&14WI, I lost 3.2lbs in these two weeks. It's nearly 1.6 per week. Not a lot but going in the right direction, for sure. Still, not drinking enough water. I must change this habit.

Ahhh! Well done, I'm so glad to hear you're still on track and still losing.

You should definitely try to get into drinking lots of water - I mean, going to the loo every half hour is great exercise ;) No, but, seriously, I think it does help with losing weight in general and makes you feel much healthier. Have you tried water flavourings? I occasionally treat myself to one to liven up the water a bit.

The other thing I do when I'm work is that I have a 1l bottle for my morning and a 1l bottle for my afternoon - which means I definitely put away 2l during the day and then another 1l or so in the evening. Dividing it up like that helps me make sure I get through it.
