restart and meaning it

Hi there,

have done wellm on this diet and then over time allowed nearly all the weight to go back on. as i cleared out my clothes as i was loosing i have only a couple of things to wear and they would look so much better if I lost some weight!!

So am aiming realistically this time to a weight that may still be counted as overweight but that I know I feel good at.

Started on Friday, and have eaten over the weekend but am in the zone again.

today i have stuck to it 100% and even did a 13 mile bike ride.

Hey Julie, good luck. If you did it once, there is no reason you can't again (that's what I keep telling myself anyway).
I have also restarted today and am starting a thread. Looking for support so say hi if you want. We will get there!
