Restart back to just after having baby weight :(

Had my baby 6 months ago and a week after I weighed 17.4 I am now nearly back to that :( I did lose a stone for my wedding but that's slipped back on in the last 6 weeks I'm joining class again 2 weeks tomorrow (I'm away at the mo) but would like to follow until then..haven't done slimming world before and haven't ever done extra easy but here's hoping...please feel free to correct I need all the help I can get
 
Monday 250ml semi skimmed milk (hexa) Omlette, Philly light (2.5), spaghetti, mushrooms M&s orzo pasta (2.5) large cooked chicken tomato salad Burger, wholemeal roll (hexb), tomato salad, 20g low fat cheese (3) potato wedges, ketchup (1)


Had loads of syns over and it's only my first day :(

Going to do weeklys from now on and have a binge on syns on a Tuesday after weigh in

Chocolate 25
2 slices wholemeal small 6
Reduced fat spread 3
Coconut ring 3.5
Blue cheese 6
Greek salad 3
Tunnocks caramel wafer 7 syns
Peanut butter 9 syns

Total for the day 58.5 .... 46.5 remaining for the rest of the week

Lunch Orxo pasta (1.5) tuna salad

Snacks sw chips ketchup (1) onion, low fat cheese (3)

Dinner Beef bourginion from the magazine 2 syns (for the wine) mash 2 syns

I joined class and lost 4.5 lb but I've been away and have put on that if not more so restart

Today

350ml skimmed milk

B- 3. Egg omlette 10g cheese (3)
Wholemeal bread hexb
Ketchup (1) fruit

L- tuna, aldi bilash rice (1.5) cucumber, tomato, onion and soy sauce

D- Philly Garlic and herb 84g (6) pasta, chicken breast, mushrooms, spring onions and veg

Total 11.5
