Restart

Hi everyone i know i have been away for a while but i am indeed back again for what i hope to be the very last time.

I have started today and my water bottle has not left my side yet and onto my second shake of the day and not feeling hungry.

I have been trying to keep myself busy my chatting on msn messenger and look at the those inspirational slide show pics.
To everyone who as just restarted good luck will keep you update on progress.
