Restarted again today!!

Well I got weighed with my new counsellor last night and I was an unbearable 19st 9lb which isnt the heaviest ive been but considering Id got down to 15st 7lb on cd earlier this year Im pretty fed up with myself!!
Anyway back to the positive stuff its day 1 again and so far so good, ive been trying to keep busy by tidying daughters toy cupboard out and its worked as its now nearly 2pm and i have only had 1 pack but ive managed 2 litres of water so Im on track.
I will do it this time and be slim for my hols next year!!! Sarahxx

I'm also restarting tomorrow, so your def not alone!

And i've also put on some weight, i was 14st 1 on cd earlier in the year, had the summer off and now im 15 7!
Am finding it increasingly harder, but like you am determined for smaller holiday clothes next year!

Well done with your start so far, i shall think of you when i start tomorrow!
