Hey .. well as the title says im a restarter a few times over,
Im restarting properly on tuesday as have family staying at the moment and 2 meals out,
Im unsure whether to sign up to another clas as i have all the new books etc so really not sure what to do for the best,

Im hoping to have surgery in March so would like a couple of stone off before then.

Looking to make new friends who actually understand this whole weight loss journey rather than people that *nod* in the right places or make that all to common a response *aww you dont need to lose weight* ........

any essentials you all just would not be without in your kitchen? I love my savoury foods but also have a mean choccy sweet tooth when it kicks in ...

Hello :) good luck with your weightloss. I really thimk you should if you can either go to class or join online as stastistics show people that go it alone don't lose as much weight and lose interest quicker. You may have the willpower but I know I don't lol :)

I get extremely anxious about being weighed and so can't attend classes, instead my GP weighs me once a month which I'm ok with. I use online support instead, great to meet you

Good luck snuggle! i have a mini goal of losing at least 2 stone by March as well. The rest i want to lose by August! do what makes you comfortable! Im doing it from home as Im not to keen on classes!

Hey thanks so much for replying :)

My mum is currently doing SW to and has been doing it a long time and has decided that "hey its ok if it takes a while" .. its not a race and shes happy just seeing the weight come off regardless whether its slow or not and has kind of accepted its not going to drop off anymore ..
Think i should be more like her lol ...

Ive had a fry up and stew today so not to bad although not starting properly until tomorow :)

good luck and welcome. I love the slimming world rice pudding when I need something sweet, and an occasional frozen curly wurly!

ooooo SW rice pud sounds lush ! .. i love rice pudding as warm winter comfort food, Is there a recipe anywhere ?
