Hi everyone, i'm starting back on the CD today after losing about 3 stones in the past going down to about 12 stones i am now 16 stones as of today. I really am disappointed with myself but i hope with the supporty from you all i can finaly achieve my goal weight of 11.7 stones. I am 5'10.
Is there anyone recently restarted with about the same weight to lose as me, would be good to find out your progress so far.

how did day 1 go? I'm a major stopper and starter and Christmas is proving really difficult for me!! I'm 14 stone 3.5 at the moment and I really want to be 11 so am in this for the long haul! Lol
