Restarting again

Hi everyone,

Well I lost 2 stone on CD and went to Florida in August and only gained 1 lb. But from September until now I have gained 10lb just eating chocolate like a woman possessed.

Anyway, yesterday I started CD again SS+ and have had a hangover effect today and yesterday. Am just drinking some more water and hopefully tmw will be a better day. Im surprised it has had this effect so quickly, last time it took until day 3 to get side effects. I did yoga this morning and thought I was going to faint, think Im trying to do everything at once (bit of a bull in a china shop me!).

Good luck to any other new people starting, and please reply to keep me motivated.
