Step 1 Sole Source Restarting cd I will do it again

hi everyone it's a number of years since I was last here but the time has come to return. I previously list 5 stone on Cambridge several years ago I am now at my heaviest ever so I have booked in for Friday to restart. Diagnosed with under active thyroid in September I'm hoping this doesn't hinder me to much.

Day 2 from r me met me cd counsellor yesterday and started immediately! Only managed 3 packs and 3 litres water yesterday. So far today 2 packs and 2.5 litres done so can def easily get my 4 litre target today. That's not counting water added to packs as I ignore that to make sure my intake is good! Counting down the days till fri already!
