Just saying hello, as, although i joined the site ages ago I haven't been around much.
I joined sw in october, and by feb had lost 2 stone 8 to get to target. I haven't gone back to class since, but have stayed in and around target by following the plan on and off. The last few weeks though, i have been a pig! I restarted properly on sunday, just to see if i can still be disciplined to stick to it. I weighed myself on sunday and i am a little under my initial target. I am considering trying to lose another half a stone, as having a new target to work towards is more likely to keep me motivated. I go back to work after maternity leave in 3 weeks, so want to get back into being healthy before then. It is so easy to slip back into old habits of eating lots of junk.
I have to say, i am actually really enjoying being back on plan. I feel better for it. I have two meals out planned for the end of the month, but will try to stick as well as i can to plan.
Here's hoping my new found motivation lasts....
