Restaurants and Atkins

I am going out with a gf to my small town on Friday night for dinner where we have a choice of 3 restaurant genres, Indian, Korean and Italian (and the English chippy but obviously we'll forget that one!!)

Which of these would be more Atkins friendly and what do I order?

I'd say Indian and perhaps have something with a dry marinade. I'm sure someone else will come along and have more knowledge than me. Is there not a kebab shop as thats a good choice with salad. x

I agree, Indian is good for Atkins, just avoid the naan

I would always go for italian - steak with salad and red wine
