I'm converted to the Low Carb side, can anyone give me an idea of weight loss results?
The story with fruit? Veg? Is it allowed or not?
    Is anyone doing Celeb Slim?

Any advise at all actually as I'm going in blind!

    Thank you!!!

    Hi Daisy

Depending on which style of low carb you are following will depend on what you can have...

Atkins, South Beach, Pig2twig all start pretty similar I think?

Atkins & South Beach both have boards on here so pop over to them & have a look at all the info & ask plenty of questions as its very important to start correctly.

    Good luck. xxx

    Hi Daisyhappy

I am low carbing on a diet called Go Lower and they supply all the food, but I do know regarding fruit I was told berries and the veg allowed was very generous, but as I don't like veggies what I have is very limited.

My loss has been a regular stone each month, I think that is why I have found the diet so easy to stick to beacuse I am seeing fast results everytime I get on the scales!

Good luck with it and let us know how you get on.
