Yeah seem to remember day 2 being pretty hellish! One of the reasons I want to get it out the way before I go back to work on Wednesday!

I think it's because day 1 is all exciting and then you remember how tough it can be on day 2.But there's no way I'm giving in this time.Not a chance!I found day 4 the worst of all of them.That's tomorrow for me LOL

That's the spirit. One thing that always stuck with me when I did Lighter Life(before it got really expensive) was the counsellor saying "Remember you're not being forced to stick to this diet...you CHOSE to do it" It's made it a little easier to stick to when I'm feeling hard done by and wondering why I'm on the diet.
