ive got an appt next week to return to CD.
i did quite well before but put it all back on :-( hopefully that wont happen this time.

Hey miss mackie. I lost 67lb in 2008 on this diet, then life gother in the way and it all went horribly wrong! I regained everything I had lost plus an extra stone for good measure!

Tried restarting many times since, but over Christmas last year something finally clicked and I knew I had to do it this time!

14 weeks down the line and I have stuck it out and have lost over 5st so far, with another 5st still to come off.
