returning newbie

Hi all

I've been on cs now for 6 days and finding it ok. Got weighed yesterday (day 5 on hospital scales) and have lost 5.5lbs which i'm really plsd about. If anyone's got any hints or tips would greatly appreciate them:sign0009:
