Returning to Slimming World - EE Food Diary - No Cheating!!

Morning everyone!

Today I have finally decided to return to slimming world properly. I am doing it from home as currently there are no classes near to me. I have decided to put my food diary on here every day to help me out! Feel free to comment and share your food diaries with me! xxx

Tuesday 12th Feb 2013

Breakfast:
1 x weetabix (HEXB) with milk (HEXA) and sweetner

Snack:
Spelga 0% fat free yoghurt

Lunch:
Tuna Pasta Salad with sweetcorn and cucumber
Banana
1 x packet of wotsits wafflers (3 1/2 syns)

Dinner:
Quorn Chilli Con Carne and boiled rice

Snacks:
Snack a Jacks cheeky chutney curls (4 1/2 syns)
Mikados (3 Syns)
1 Potato Waffle of my daughters dinner lol (4 syns)

I have used 2 weetabix as my HEXB (keeping the other one for a snack later)
I have used 250ml semi skimmed milk as my HEXA

Hey hun, food looks good for today. The only thing I noticed is that it seems to be a bit lacking in the old SuperFree department. Remember, if you're following EE, 1/3 of your plate needs to be SuperFree. Apart from that it looks spot on! xx
 
Thanks for replying! Have been posting all over here with no success lol I made sure to have lots of cucumber in my tuna salad and my quorn chilli had onions, peppers and kidney beans. Trying to up the super free stuff for tomorrow :) thanks again for the reply! :) xx
 
So feeling good after sticking to plan 100% yesterday :) Going for another 100% day today!!!

Breakfast:
2 x weetabix (HEXB) with milk (HEXA) and sweetner

Snack:

Lunch:

Dinner:
Chicken Stirfry with noodles, peppers, onions and mushrooms

Snacks:
Snack a Jacks cheeky chutney curls (4 1/2 syns)
Mikados (3 Syns)

I have used 2 weetabix as my HEXB
I have used 250ml semi skimmed milk as my HEXA

Breakfast:
1 x brown toast (HEXB)
1 x poached egg
1 x slice of bacon

Snack:
Spelga 0% fat free yoghurt

Lunch:
baked potato with beans and cheese (HEXA)
1 x packet of wotsits wafflers (3 1/2 syns)

Dinner:
Quorn meatballs with spaghetti
Snacks:
Snack a Jacks cheeky chutney curls (4 1/2 syns)
Mikados (3 Syns)

I have used 1 slice of brown bread as my HEXB
I have used 30g of cheddar as my HEXA
