Back to basics!
Just had rhubarb alpen light crumble and custard for 3 1/2 syns!! saved the alpen light from my hex b and stewed the rhubarb myself with sweetener, and used 1/2 150g pot of low fat custard!! omg heaven!!!!:cupid::cupid::cupid::cupid:
 
This sounds great - love crumble and this is much lower syns than the recipe book one. Will def give it a go - thanks!

Hi I've been given loads of raw rhubarb, how much sweetener do u put in v how much rhubarb?? Thanks
 
did you melt the bars first or just crumble themover the rhubarb?.I've been thinking of using then as a cheesecake base.
