Puddings Rhubarb recipes

Hi there Ive just been given a load of rhubarb and not sure what to do with it, any ideas? I generally stick to EE. Many thanks in advance.

I bake my rhubarb in a dish with a few tablespoons on water and sweetener thens erve it with rhubarb muller lights. Yummy!
