just been looking through old threads and found my answer . im gutted but i wont waste it just going to treat myself to a bit of it.

Rhubarb, stewed without sugar 198g

Original ½ Syn
Green ½ Syn
Sorry hun I dont know any other way of cooking it except stewing but it has a very low syn value so its not too bad.

Yum steph. Love greek yogurt esp with fresh raspberries. 198g is actually quite a lot and its really low in syns. Id rather eat a bowl bowl of rhubard and yogurt than a bag of 9syn crisps.

you can eat it raw - tiz very nice! we used to have it in our garden when i was a kid and we'd just eat a stick of it, but dip it in sugar everytime you go to take a bite. could try it with sweetener...though i'm not sure if that would taste very nice.

worth a try though as it's SUPERSPEED food on a red or green day!!!

Dont talk about Bowels...... I am having a really really bad day!!!! all because I took 1 teeny weeny dulcolax, never again!

Yeah they work well but maybe too well. You should try glycerine suppositories, they're easy cause they work within 20 mins with no real nasty side effects like cramps.
