On the sheet it says we are allowed up to 8oz of potato on days 4-7 and we are also allowed 4oz of rice or pasta.

Now, do they mean for pasta and rice, 4oz a day or per meal?

Is this the same for potatoes? because on the example it says for lunch have baby potatoes, and for dinner have 1 jacket potato.

Are you allowed to combine both potato and rice?

medium baking potato or 6 small new potatoes or one serving of instant mashed potatoes (the kind with no added fat- read the label).
Instead of potato, you may have 4ozs of rice or pasta (cooked weight).

I would stick to it at one meal during the refeed. If you do want both potatoes and rice, then just half the amounts so have 2oz rice and 3 baby potatoes.

Okay, sounds reasonable. What if I wanted it with chicken or fish? would I half the amount of that too?
