Red Days Rice as a HEXA?

    Hi Karen, sorry but rice is not available as a healthy extra on red.
    You can have a measured amount of wholewheat pasta or potato but not rice.

    Nope. A choices are milk and cheese.
    You can't even have rice as a B choice on red either as there's not enough fibre.
    Rice is free on green and extra easy though.

    Sorry meant hexb. Oh well. I may struggle to get 2b's in today as i am having rice tonight but i have got enough syns for it anyway.

    Ahh I was wondering why rice wasn't a hexa... so it's a fibre thing? Not even brown seems odd... but thanks :)

    Rice on Red days needs to be synned.

    If you want Rice it may be more wise to have a Green day, and limit your meat amounts instead.
