Rice....healthy extra

Hi, can you please confirm that I cannot have rice as a healthy extra..I see that I can have pasta but wanted to double check that I can't have rice.

I can confirm that you can't have rice as a HE B.....you are right though, you can have wholemeal pasta.

This has caught me out on several occasions - don't know why but I just can't seem to remember that I can't have rice as HE on a red day!! I suppose it is becasue I only do about 1 red a month but still... !!
