Extra Easy Rice help?!

    I'm having chicken breast with rice tonight on extra easy. Just wondered if you had any ideas what I could chuck in the rice to make it more appetising? :)

    Anything! I like kidney beans, or toms, celery and cucumber and red onion. I also like to mix some sald cream in too!

    I usually throw in some finely chopped onions, peppers and frozen peas whilst it's boiling away.

    spring onion, peppers, chopped green beans and light soy sauce - yum :)

    sweetcorn - and some paprika!! or low fat mayo and some salt and pepper!

    or dry fry an egg and crumb that in - bit like egg fried rice! x

    I would add some diced carrot, peppers, onions and courgette to ensure enough superfree food is on my plate. :D

    Chicken stock cube or two in the water, and a teaspoon of turmeric, load of frozen petit pois or garden peas mixed through.

    Om, nom, nom.

    PS, Knorr is nicest.

    I had chicken risotto. Was yummy, peas, onion and sweetcorn and chicken stock, and of course chicken.

    Well I raided the fridge for things that needed using and ended up with rice, pepper, spring onion, kidney beans, and beetroot :/ sounds horrid but was quite nice haha. And the rice went pink which was cool :D
