Rice Pudding

Could someone please work this out for me?

Tesco Everyday Value creamed rice pudding
Per can

350 cals
32 grams sugar (about 7 teaspoons)
2.8 grams fat
1.2 grams sat fat
.4 grams salt

How many syns per can please? (not that i would eat the whole can, would be split between 3 of us)

Surely if you count the skimmed milk in it (as per ingredients) as an hea, the rice as free on green, then the only syns would be 7 syns for the 7 teaspoons of sugar??

Am I totally missing something? Probably am!

Unfortunately shop bought desserts like this don't qualify for a free food allowance so it would be a straight 1 syn per 20 calories or 17.5 syns
