I got told to go home from work by my boss with the words "Bugger off home snot monster, I don't want the lurgy too". Nice.

So I'd quite like to drown in rice pudding now, mmm especially homemade with the skin on the top!!

I use pudding rice, skim milk, vanilla pod (and if I have syns to use a bit of anchor lighter spreadable) and a sprinkling of nutmeg

bake at around 170 for about an hour (checking it of course) until done, ummmmmmm, I will make some up this weekend!!

I've always been a bit confused about rice pudding as my old SWC insisted that even if you used a HE for the milk and used rice and sweetener that rice pudding would still not be syn free. I'm sure she must be wrong but I've never made any as she got me worried.
