Red Days Rice?

    I've been doing extra easy pretty much since it came out but want to try red and green days again. Is brown rice a healthy extra on red days? I thought it was but it's not listed in my book (although that should probably answer my question I was so sure it was).

    Yep, there is not enough fibre in brown rice to be a hex on a red day.

    Lol. I guess you're right. I miss having the extra heA on extra easy - perhaps I should just syn it.

    I find I occasionally fancy the healthy extras, especially HEA. So if it's pasta I have heb+28g syned or if it's rice I syn it.

    if you want a lot of rice - it may be best to swap to a Green Day, then you can keep the amount of meat lower (use HEB or syns)
