Riceices diary!

Ohhhh awful day today!!!
Really gone off track.

Break: yoghurt/fruit
Lunch: sandwich (hexa/b)
Starbucks coffee (2 syns)

Dinner: burger (no idea of syns)
Chips (again, no idea)

Snacks: donut, chocolate etc

Total: FAR too many syns.

Not gona beat myself up about it tho. Need to just be sensible for the rest of week and really limit syn intake.
