Don't be disappointed, you've just had some really big losses, its bound to slow down a bit, stick with it and next week im sure you'll see the numbers drop!x

Hi!!! How are you getting on? Do you not usually like eating breakfast, just noticed you've skipped it a lot this week? I think it's supposed to kick start your metabolism or something??? I'm so greedy, I can never skip a meal !! Anyway, you seem to be doing well!!! :)

Hey b's- yea uv guessed it...i aint a morning person lol. The thing is with breakfast is if i eat it-i find that im absolutely STARVED at lunchtime wheras if i skip it im ok! Prob not doin wonders for my weightloss. Il giv it another week or so n see how it goes. Heading away for the weekend so fingers crossed il be good. Im absolutely terrified of flying tho which is my main problem. Duno how u do it lol. Ur my idol.

Ooohhh where are you going?? It never bothers me...but I've seen a lot of scared people, try and just talk through take off and landing with the person your with, that usually helps...or booze!!!!

Soooo get what you mean about being hungry when you have breakfast.....always want to eat tons all day when I have a big breakfast!!!

Ta B. Wasnt very good today :(. Loadsa choc. Must b time of month. Ah well, plan to b good-ish at wknd. Goin to england for a wee visit (im from ireland) so short enuf flight. Lol travelling on my own so will have to talk to myself!!
