Today had;
Breakfast: eggs, beans, bread (hexb)
Lunch: coffee (hexa), fruit salad
Dinner: dinner out (3syns)
Snacks: apple, alcohol (20 syns)

Total: 23 syns

Good bit over but was friends bday. Il compensate tomorrow.

I always do green days as I'm veggie, where the super free is not so important to have a third so I am a bit rubbish with it too. I'd def try and have more if you can, but you lost so much last week, it is working !! X

Yeah it is tough getting the 1/3 in but guess if u just try ur best to get some at the start ur gona see results. Switching to a little veg and no chocolates gota be better than tons of chocolate and no veg lol!

Breakfast: ham mushroom cheese omelette (hexa)

Dinner: chicken and veg (2syns for cooking oil-no frylight)

Oh, and i lost 3lb on the weigh in. Yay.

Ach thanks B. Had a rough day today. Didnt have any groceries in so just had a snap pot of beans n 3 cream crackers for lunch. Well that of course left me ravenous all day! Had 2 light hifi bars, a skinny cow icecream AND a curly wurly throught the afternoon. So silly. Think i just about kept within my syns (abt 14/15) but still. Need to be better prepared!

Make sure your eating enough, your diary looks really sparse in all food. Don't go hungry because you may end up feeling tempted by rubbish food. Stock up on free foods ;-)

Yeah u know i was actually thinking that myself B- not sure if im eating enuf. Il def up it a bit (with free/superfree foods) next week.
