Is it a full chicken or breasts/thighs? Depends which you have as to what I'd do with it.

If it's chicken breasts, cut a pocket into them, mix some Light Philadelphia with spring onions and spread in the pocket (synned according to how much you use), wrap them in bacon and put them in the oven until cooked. Yummy!!
