Little Miss Determined

Skinny here I come!!
I'm going to do this, i keep having words with myself and realize that the only way i'm going to lose weight is to keep control and not binge at the end of the week like i have been doing than feeling guilty and having to start all over again because i have just put on what i had lost during the week! I will however be a bit more comfy at the weekend and have the odd drink and dessert because if i dont than what is it all for and i would end up being miserable. I am doing this as a life style change and to gradually get back to skinny me and gain confidence and control over my life!

Sorry for the rant i needed it!! :eek:
