Does anyone else have silly little rituals they feel they need to follow? Like for me in morning I like to have a coffee, mid morning a green tea and pre bed a peppermint tea. I am under no illusions that these teas make any difference but I almost feel like I can't stop in case it does? I don't have any pre weigh in routine though. I just like to pee n run to scales before my body has a chance to produce any more fluid haha! :oops:
 
That's my pre weigh in ritual an the fact that I will only have one cuppa tea an won't eat my breakfast until I have been weighed
