Hi All. I'm starting out again today (going it alone) after putting nearly a stone on in the last year. I will be doing green as the only meat I eat is fish, and then only occasionally.
I have a pack of smoked river cobbler in the fridge and can't find in the books how much of it i can have as a healthy extra. Can anybody help?
