Roast potatoes syns

Yesterday I had roast potatoes (not frozen) with no oil which are free but I had it with pork chops and some of the juice got onto them. Should I have synned them if so how much? Also today I had frozen roast potatoes cooked on the same pan as the chicken. The juice on that got on them Aswell. It was aldi frozen potatoes (champions) how many syns for that? Thank you x
 
I wouldn't worry about some of juice from pork chops.

Cooking in the same pan is a bit different. I reckon some of the juice from chicken would have gone in the frozen potatoes. So twice synned I would think.

You could always put the frozen spuds on some foil in the pan to stop the juices.
