Extra Easy day

Breakfast
2 slices wholemeal bread 400g- HEB
250 ml semi skim milk - HEA
lean bacon, tomatoes and mushrooms

snack
banana and satsuma

lunch
home made minestrone (as yesterday)
muller light

fruit after weigh in at class

tea
home made chilli (superfree - tomato/onion/mushroom/celery/garlic)
2 taco shells (syns - 6)
20g 1/2 fat cheddar - 3

glass dry white wine - 6
 
Yay - 1.5 off really pleased. If I lost 1.5 every week I would be ecstatic

Today am going Extra Easy

Breakfast
lean bacon on 2 slices hovis wholemeal (HEB) and some mango

lunch
jacket potatoes and some left over chilli from last night (has lots of tomatoes, onions, carrots in it) and some salad


tea
tuna pasta bake with broccoli and tomatoes and HEA 40g reduced fat cheddar

might make another 1/2 syn roulade with some strawberries

syns were Options hot choc- 2 and 6 mikado - 3

Another EE today

My plan is

HEA - 250 mls semi skim milk

Breakfast
wholemeal roll HEB made into french toast with egg, splash milk, sweetener and cinnamon with banana, mango and 0% total


Lunch
Grilled mackerel with ginger, garlic and chilli and a salad

tea
Keema peas and spinach (made with lean lamb mince - fat drained off so will count 4 syns for this) and rice

fruit and yogurt for snacks and am def planning on making 1/2 syn roulade later and going to the gym

Am aiming for Silver Bodymagic- I did more than 6 x 15 min sessions last week so will keep on track with that. Did 20 min dog walk (brisk!) yesterday and gym for at least 30mins today
 
Hmmm- few too many syns last night (wine and 2 Hifi bars) but I was very low the previous day and went to the gym and did some interval work and crunches so hopefully won't be too problematic. Draw a line - back on it

Tesco prawn and veg sushi box - 1.5 syns (I avoided the choccy - how good am I?) and some mango and apples/grapes (some may be a snack later)

Tea
not sure yet - maybe quorn bolognese pasta

Think I may go Green as then I can have another HEB and HEA cheese on the pasta as well as some milk for coffee (HEA)

Edit - got home and lovely hubby has made Quorn shepherd pie with potato and parsnip mash top. Loads of veggies in it, carrot,onion, celery, peas.Had that and a mint muller. Also had alpen light - 3 syns so total syns today 4.5

Had 6 crackerbread (HEB) 1 mini philly light pot and 1 dairylea light slice (HEA) and some grapes

Off to the gym straight after work to get my programme done - 121 session

I was right - star week arrived today - hoping this doesn't affect weigh in too much

Today I have a long day at work but I am armed and ready

Old style Mix to Max day(loving the Green at the moment and ties in with it being star week - must have been craving carbs the last few days)

Am adding in some min targets - current weight 16 3.5 or 227.5 lbs to help me calculate

1/2 lb gets me to 10lb lost - 16.3
4lbs gets me into the 15s - 15 13.5
2 more weeks body Magic 6 x 15 or 3 x 30 gets me Silver award
4.5 gets me my stone 15 13
10.5 lbs gets me 20lb lost 15 7
11.5lbs is my stone and a half 15.6
14.5 lbs is my Club 10 15.3
18lbs is into the 14s 14 13.5
18.5lbs is 2 stone 14 13

That will do for now!

So depressed this week

Had a really good week with lots of exercise and gained a 1lb - I am sure I will lose next week but it feels rotten

Had terrible blues and cramps this month so yesterday was a deliberate day off plan - with pizza and cheesecake - got it out of my system

I know I need to keep plugging on so back to red days I think

I know hun- thanks.I am pretty sure just fluid retention and hormones but there we go

Going to have 3 red days = always lose better on those as a good loss will cheer me up

Feeling really confident that I will have a good loss this week - so that I can kick on and get some of these mini goals. I have done SW before and never got to my Club 10 so that is a key one for me to get to.

Busy day at work today and working late so I need lots of stuff with me and need to but some more fruit (thankfully there is a Tesco right by work)

Dead easy Emmy (my OH actually does it)- get a bag of that tandoori massala spice (you can get it in the world foods aisle or from your local friendly Indian shop), just mix that up with fat free yogurt and a squeeze of lemon juice and chuck it in a freezer bag with your lamb or chicken or whatever to marinade for a few hours or overnight and then just bake in the oven

Duh! I have that spice too! Why didn't I think of doing that lol sorted! Thanks :) I'm having tandoori chicken tonight :)

Ooh I've been busy and really bad at doing my diary - 1/2 off this week- I haven't been 100% and so not surprised. Still a loss though so all good

still have another HEb and will use some milk for the other HEA

and some syns to have

I am so motivated to get 2.5 for my first stone this week- and my BMI is now into 30s not 40s - does that mean I am just obese - not morbidly obese :)
