    Firstly well done Blue Eyes (my sis) for losing 5lb this week thats a total of 15lb in 3 weeks nice work! x

    Can't wait for my weigh in on Monday night now, been fairly good plently water all my shakes with the odd nibble of quorn and an omlette.
    So if honest not full on 100% but god dam near it! 97% and thats with 2 meals out, one curry where i sat with my soda water and black coffee and had a plain omlette and a birthday lunch at f & b's and sat with just soda and black coffee whilst they all tucked into burger and chips. So proud of myself on that one as I could have chosen an omlette but didn't.
    Feeling like this diet is not on my mind 100% of the time and think i'm over the headaches and not hungry just when boredom steps in my thought go to nibbles!

    Well done to your sis! I'm looking forward to my weigh in tomorrow but I think it will be low because I am so constipated! I lost 12.5lbs my first week and have a July goal of 25lbs so half way there! Good luck for your weigh in!

    Also, well done for being good for your nights out. I have a party tonight so I'm worried about that and I have also been cooking meals for my OH all week without even tasting any of it!! I can be done!

    I had that problem too with constipation, it might be worth taking something, but I agree with Blue eyes that its usually because of not drinking enough, try to make up shakes with a little more water and you have to drink a little more with the tetra packs as they are a little more concentrated. I drink an evian bottle of water either before or just after a tetra pack.

    I can recommend the fibre product they sell. I did a vlcd before and suffered terribly, even with loads of water. I take a small teaspoon every morning and it's kept me regular, although it won't help if you're already constipated, you'll maybe need something from over the counter first and then start taking that. x
