Roped the OH into it....

I've managed to get the OH to do SS with me as I lost focus!!

Not sure how much he weighs right now, last time he checked he was in the 17's so we are roughly the same weight.

Gona see CDC today to get shakes so we can start together on Monday
Lol don't think he's to pleased that I've got my own way! but like I've said to him we both want to try for a baby but it's no good us both having a weight problem so we should tackle it together, we should roughly reach maintenance together so we can both address our over eating! Just hope he can stick to it.

Am excited!!!

Me too! My hubby is coming on Monday to get his packs, so from Tuesday he will be on it with me.
I think it'll make such a difference, like you I hope he can stick to it!

That's a brilliant idea! Itll also make them appreciate just how hard this diet really is! So when you're struggling in the first few days he'll know what you're going through! My mums thinking about it but seeing mr in the first few days has put get off slight! Hoping she'll change her mind now she sees what it's lime after the first week!
