Saturday 21st December 2013 - Red

After a week of eating out - too much bread, cakes and crisp (seem to have had more of these than proper food), I am back on plan. I feel so bloated and fat.

Breakfast - 30 gr cereal (HEXB), Milk (HEXA), banana, Black tea

Snack - banana, Black tea

Lunch - Massive chicken sald with balsamic vinegar - Lettuce, cherry tomato, White cabbage, cucumber, carrot, sweetcorn, Black tea

Snack - pineapple, clementine, velvet crunch, Black coffee

Dinner - Beef/lamb stew with lot of Red/White onions, potato (HEXB), Red pepper, carrot, tomato, mushroom,mint, garlic, oil (3 syns), Black tea

Snack - Lettuce, cucumber, salmon, Black tea, French fries (4 syns)

4. Few times during the day, I was tempted to give up - mainly due to miserable rainy day and being bored stuck at home. Had to remind myself that I have worked hard to get the weight off and do not want to go back being overweight - that seemed to do the trick
5. Plan to stock up on fruit & veg tomorrow
6. So glad to be off work for a couple of days so I can catch up with friends and do a few things around the house

Sunday 22nd December 2013 - Red

Went out and stocked up on loads of fruits. A neighbor gave me leeks, turnip and carrots.

Breakfast - 4 wholemeal crisp bread (HEXB), 30gr Fig & walnut soft cheese (HEXA), handful of grapes, Black tea

Snack - Apple, banana, carrot, clementine

Lunch - Beef stew (Red/White onions, carrot, savoy cabbage, White cabbage, mushroom, garlic, tomato), parsley, Black tea

Snack - Youghrt, 4 tsp homemade fig & ginger jam (2 syns),French fries (4 syns), lots of caramel tea

Dinner - Chicken with Taco rub (2 syns), sweet potato (HEXB) topped with 30 gr cheese (HEXA), Savoy cabbage, carrot, caramel tea

Loved dinner tonight. Kept some to have with salad tomorrow.

Snack - Formange frais youghrt (3 syns), caramel tea

Tuesday 24th December 2013 - Red

Snack - Apple, banana, orange, Black tea

Lunch - Salad (Rocket, spinach, watercress, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, Red/yellow peppers), prawn, 1 tsp mayo (3 syns)

Snack - 25gr roasted seeds (7.5 syns)

Dinner with friends.

Dinner - Pasta (Mince beef, onion, tomatoes, tomato puree), jam tart, mince pie, Gin & tonic - syns?

Although, I had not eaten too much I felt really full up.

Wednesday 25th December 2013 - Flexi syns

Breakfast - Banana, orange, clementine, grapes, tea with milk

Snack - handful of crisps & peanuts, 1 glass of wine

Lunch - Leek & potato soup (had some milk), small slice of French stick (HEXB),Turkey, sprouts, carrot, cauliflower, roast potatoes, roast parsnip, broccoli, gravy - syns?

Snack - Mince pie, tea with milk

Dinner - 60gr various cheese (Cheshire, cranbury, apricot, lime), a few cheese crackers, tea with milk

It was not as bad as I expected.
 
Thursday 26th December 2013 - Red

Breakfast - Banana, clementine, grapes, tea with milk

Lunch - Lamb salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber), 1 tsp salad cream (2 syns), tea with milk , dinner roll, loads of butter

Snack - 25 gr roasted seeds & 25 gr crisps (15 syns), tea with milk

Dinner - Beef casserole (Onion, garlic, mushroom, carrot, potato, Red pepper, oil (2 syns), celery), 1/2 French baguette, tea with milk

Snack - clementine, apple, pear

Well too many syns. Back on plan tomorrow.
 
Saturday 28th December 2013 - Red

Lunch - Went out to buy a birthday present and somehow managed to buy a large sandwich. Well the day was ruined by this. did not enjoy it at all and felt it had no taste but that did not stop me from eating it. Where is my willpower.

4. going to tidy up the garden after the recent storm so that should give me plenty of body magic
 
Sunday 29th December2013- Green

What is wrong with me I start the day well and then start binging midday and go back to normal mid-afternoon/evening. Has this anything to do with being at home or my excuse?

Breakfast - 2 brioch (2xHEXB), caramel tea

Friends came over to help me with repairing my front door. we worked non-stop and by the time they left I felt very hungry. this is where it all went wrong.

Once again I have not had proper food and binged on stuff I should not. Help get me out of this silly phase. Last year this time I was doing very well.

I do not wish to put on the weight I have worked hard to lose.

31st December 2013 - Red

Finally I seem to have my sensible self back. I think all this not sleeping properly and binging is related to the bad weather we are having. Needless to say we had yet another storm last night which kept me awake and I had to get up in the middle of the night wondering around checking all the doors and windows.

Made myself busy with cooking and forgot about breakfast.

Snack - Apple, clementine, caramel tea

Since childhood, I have always wanted to cook a whole salmon but never had an oven big enough to do that. well I did it today and it was delish.

Lunch/dinner - Salmon stuffed with mince beef, rice, parsley, berberries, slices of lemon.

Snack - Ginger biscuits (12 syns), caramel tea, mango, clementine

I think that is it for today. Will have more Black tea later on.

3rd January 2014 - can't stop eating despite not being hungry. It all started on Monday - hoping to get control back soon.

Hi Kally. thanks for popping in. I am back to work on Monday so hopefully my body can go back to normal routine too and stop wanting food.
I see you have started a new eating plan. Your meals look lovely.
 
Sunday 5th January 2014 - EE

Just got home and weighed myself. My world I have gained so much. Funnily enough last year this time I was the same weight. Normally after holidays if I follow the plan for the whole week, I lose a fair bit.

Tomorrow is my re-start day although, I am going to make good choices today.

Breakfast - Wholemeal bread (HEXB), Blue cheese & camembert (HEXA), Black tea

Lunch - Rice, herb stew (Onion, parsley, mint, spinach, lemon, beef), caramel tea

Snack - salmon, apple, clementine, 2 bon maman tartlets (10 syns)

Dinner - Potatoes friend in 2 tbsp. butter (10 syns), egg, caramel tea

I was bored and wanted to pick on something but managed to stop myself

Tuesday 7th January 2014 - Green

I was very hungry this morning because I had my dinner late last night. Normally, I prepare everything the night before and then put it in the oven when I get in but as I have been away did not get a chance to do that so had to prepare and cook. By the time it was ready, was passed 9 o'clock.

My world the skies opened up and my road was like a wind tunnel this morning. Before getting to end of the road my mega strong umbrella turned inside out 3 times and I was drenched.

Did not take any lunch and fancied a jacket potato. was not as expected for the price I paid so next time will take my own to work.
