Wednesday 9th April 2014 - Green

Breakfast - WM pitta (HEXB), 1/2 HEXA philly, 1 tsp caramel creme (3 syns), banana, Black tea

Snack - Pineapple, orange

Lunch - Spaghati courgette tirfry (Courgette, Red onion, chicken (HEXB)), Lots of Black/fruit tea

Went out for a walk and visiteda couple of shops but did not dare buying anything in the fear of scoffing it all with the mood I was in. popped in to a coffee shop on the way back.

Snack - Black coffee, 1 biscuit (2 syns) - only had it as it came with the coffee

Dinner - Mushroom, onion, sweet potato, potato, cheese (1.5 HEXA), Black tea

Thanks Emma. I saw it and thought best to try it - so far I have managed to control intake. Just trying to be good as I am spending the weekend with friends and can't food optimise (I try my best but don't want to offend my hostess).
 
Ooh rosa, that caramel creme stuff sounds fatal! The sort of stuff that would be squeezed from tube to mouth directly!!! Much in the way that squirty cream in a can does!!!!

This one comes in a jar like honey. Tastes lovely but I am having small portions. Mind I have not been on plan 100% in the last few days staying with friends. Back on it today.
 
Food for the last few days

Thursday 10th April
B- WM pitta (HEXB), cheese (HEXA), Black tea
S - Grapes
L - Crusty roll, cheese, tea
D - Cornish pasty, chips, peas, 2 scoops of ice cream

Friday 11th April
B- Large bowl of fruit (orange, banana, apple, pear), tea
L - Crusty roll, cheese, salad (Lettuce, tomato, Red pepper), tea
D - went out to a resturant , stuck to chicken but did not realise it was all fried, left chips and had a diet coke

Saturday 12th April
b - Big bowl of fruits (Orange, banana, pear, apple), tea
Went for a walk to town and ended up walking about 5 miles
L - Meat pie (never had one before and I would not be in a hurry to have another one soon)
Today was my friend's 80th birthday party so we had to get everything ready in the hall before guests arrived. Loads of body magic moving furniture around and prepare the buffet. Nibbled on peanutbutter prizzel.
D - Buffet food (Ham, potato & egg salad (1 tbs), poached salmon, 1 tsp mayo, small bag of crisps, more prizzel), 1 slice banana bread, lemon & Lime cheese, diet coke

Sunday 13th April
B - Bowl of fruit (Orange, pear, banana, grapes, strawberries),tea
S - 1 slice banana bread, tea
L - Large salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, pepper, ham), 1 tbs salad dressing, tea
S - Piece of chocolate cake, 2 small bag of crisps
D - Large salad, 1 bap, poached salmon, 1 tbs salad dressing, 3 tbsp trifle
Today was the worst eating day

Monday 14th April
B - Bowl of fruit (Banana, orange, pear, strawberries, grapes), tea
L/D - Chips (after 2-3 I did not want it but ate it for some reason. excuse is it was my only meal of the day)
S - Banana, orange, 2 cups of Black tea

Tuesday 15th April
B- Bowl of fruits (orange, banana, pear), Black tea
L - Potatoes, sweet corn, cheese (2xHEXA), Salmon, salad (Lettuce, tomato, peppers), mayo (3 syns), Black tea
S - Oranges, banana, options (2 syns), crisps (12 syns)
D - Salmon, rice, peppers, 1 tbs chili sauce (1 syn)

I know it was not as bad as it could have been but I still feel bloated. Got a couple of days zo pull it back before WI.

Hey Rosa, did you have a lovely time over the last few days? Your food doesn't sound too bad for being away, but as long as you had a lovely time, that's what matters more

Don't you think sometimes we put too much thought into what we are eating or have eaten against what it was we were actually doing? I know this is a weight loss diary forum, but I find that I sometimes lose touch on life, like the hen weekend I went in recently, I was so aware of all the food and drink that surrounded me, that I felt I needed to think about enjoying myself, I did in the end, as came on here to confess my syns!

Decided to go back to basics as I have not been good with food lately

Breakfast - Banana, Black tea

Lunch - Chicken soup (onion, ginger, tomato, celery, lettuce, coriander, chicken), Black tea

Snack - Grapes, orange, Black tea

Dinner - Chicken topped with cheese (HEXA), Red onion, mushroom, sweet potato (HEXB), mint & coriander, Black tea

I am going to have a go at making my own cereal bars

Saturday 19th April 2014 - Green

Breakfast - Youghrt with Black cherries, 2 crisp breads (3/4 HEXB), Ricotta (1/2 HEXA), 1 tsp Almond butter (4 syns), banana, Black tea

Snack - Apple, cucumber, grapes

Met a friend for coffee and surprised me by buying me a pastry - Did not want to be rude so ate it (1 1/4 HEXB +10 syns) - going to call it lunch

Walked to tube station and then we walked a lot and I walked back from tube station - nearly 5 miles

On my way home, stopped in international shop and bought some lovely biscuit/cake (4 syns) and Kefir (8 syns). Just wanted to try kefir- waste of my syns as it is diluted youghrt which I can make my own syn free one. Well I live and learn. Biscuit worth every syn as it is delicious.

Dinner - Stirfry (chicken, mushroom, garlic, ginger, tender stem broccoli, carrot, courgette, asparagus), boiled rice
