Roulade recipe -HELP

Hello

One of the women at group was talking about a sin free roulade using eggs & quark.

Does anybody know what the recipe is? Help

Roulade recipe.

The recipe I have has 1/2 syn for whole roulade!!!

Mix together 4 egg yolks with 1/2 tub of quark, 1 tsp of baking powder and 1-2 teaspoons of vanilla essence with an electric whisk.

In another bowl whisk 4 egg whites then whisk half into mixture then fold in other half.

Line a swiss roll tin with baking paper and pour mixture in.

Bake at 180 c for 15 - 20 mins (10 mins if fan oven).

Allow to cool then mix other half of quark with sweetner and vanilla essence, Spread onto cake, add fresh fruit and roll up!

If you dont add the baking powder it is syn free and tastes exactly the same as with it!!
