i find having my meal in the middle of the day helps me stay awake during the afternoon at college :D and i need all the help i can get during Psychology lol

I dont either I try to have my first shake soon after i get up as i hear it can kick start your metabo but the rest usualy just fits in with my busy life and looking after my little girl. I do tend to save my snacks for the evening coz i no thats when i get bored and eat!

here is mine

whenever i wake up - Drink shake
Lunch time i either do a 500cal meal or shake whichever the day presents
snack - 100cal
dinner either shake or 500cal meal depending on lunch
fruit or veggie for night snack

I drink about 10 8fl ozs of water maybe alot more lol i try to always have some water to drink.

I dont really have times set for things since i got a busy hubby and a 10 month old so its really whenever i have the time but i try to stay on a general time haha.

i didnt think i had a routine but actually i have fitted into one this week.

up at 6.30 - pint of water and wii fit
7.00 - shake
10.30 ish - snack
12.30 - shake (after picking up little one from preschool)
2.30 - snack
5.00 - dinner
8.00 - snack

i've been making sure to get 2 litres of water a day too.

mine all have to fit in around the preschool and school run and working 9-12 so all seems a bit close together but seems to be working ok cos i've lost 2lbs since monday :)
