Rubbers Count Down To Holiday

Hi everyone

After dilly-dallying around different diets I have finally made a decision today to follow and, more importantly for me, stick to weight watchers pro-points.

I am "allowed" 29 points per day which I think I can stick to with some forward planning. My major down fall is eating late after the kids are in bed - glass of wine or 3 with nibbles while cooking mine and hubs tea. I keep thinking about trying to change this but its just what we do and I enjoy the time on an evening when they are in bed to sit and enjoy a meal and chat. Dont know - need to think about it.

Anyway, started today at 12 stone 10 and I am going on holiday in 6 weeks time with my 3 girls and husband and, in order to get into my summer clothes, could do with shifting a stone......now is that possible on this diet?

A stone in 6 weeks is do-able! Eat your dailies, weeklies and chuck in a bit of exercise and it will come off!
