can't answer the kitosis question but what I want to say is just don't be too tough on yourself, it won't help. Just get on the wagon again tomorrow and you will be fine. I sometimes pick at things as well (not chocolate cake though I must admit..) and it hasn't kicked me out of ketosis yet. Even if you are out, shouldn't be too difficult to get back into it.

Keep focused and all will be ok. Well done on the gym bit though, wish I was that active...

You may come out of ketosis ... but drink loads of water - draw aline under it and straight back on track. Is it TOTM????
