Motivation?

You only need to look at yourself, the willpower it takes to deprive yourself of food for an entire month, it goes against everything your body has become used to, you've overriden that burning desire to eat the junk that's got you to be overweight in the first place.

What's a bigger motivator than that?

You've lost a stone in a month, most people on WW or similar can only hope to lose that sometimes in 2 months or more, you've been going strong, you've been through a month of no conventional food.

Think of how good you're going to feel when you're at your goal weight, all the clothes you can now buy / fit into, how your life used to be before you lost the weight and how much better it is now.

Also, the 75lbs you lost in 2010 - OUTSTANDING.

You've proven to everyone and (especially important) yourself that you CAN do this, don't let a small loss one week take you off the rails, it all adds up.

You're doing ever so well, stick with it and you'll have no regrets come goal time :)

I`m losing about 1lb a week, It can be a bit disheartening :(

I guess slow off, stays off and at least it IS going down rather than up :) x
