Hee hee :) I'm a Gym Instructor with a severely bad back so I try to keep moving and work through the pain :)

I like to get my weeklies back in APs and gain more at the same time!

I know exactly what you mean! I'm so determined this time because I refuse to put it all back on again! I have never got to goal either so really up for it!

On Wii fit plus it gives you a time for how long you've done it and then you just add intensity to it :) its gentle and 20 mins is therefore 2AP!

30 Day Shred Level 3 done again I now desperately need a shower!! Chuffed as pie!

Scales haven't really budged but they are actually wrong but I don't know by how much! I always weigh less than what they say but I don't want to pre empt a gain even though I don't deserve it in any way!

Then Wednesday:

30DS = 6AP
Walk to meeting = 5AP
Walk up to Co-op to be picked up = 1AP
= 75AP my best week yet!

Ok scales are nacked! I just weighed myself and 4lbs on then came off them and tried again half off then tried again and 1 on! Don't trust them! Wii fit says 1.5loss which would be lovely :)
